Plumber in Heald Green
The SK8 suburb between Cheadle and Manchester Airport.
Houses in Heald Green
Heald Green is the far side of SK8 from High Lane, out past Cheadle Hulme towards the airport. Finney Lane is the main street, and the station is on the line that runs down through Styal to the airport. Most of the houses are interwar and post-war semis and detached houses, with some newer bits filled in between.
It's a straightforward suburban heating job: radiators, a cylinder, controls, and the odd leak or tap. A heat pump is the same conversation as anywhere else. I need a place outside for the unit, pipework back into the house, and radiators or underfloor heating that will still heat the rooms. Planes overhead don't change the plumbing.
If you're just the other side in Gatley, that's the same SK8 run. Send the postcode and I'll say if I can cover it. I'm a City & Guilds qualified plumber. On a heat pump I'm BPEC Level 3 heat pump qualified, and I don't do refrigerant work, or boiler or gas work.
